We had old blown-in insulation in our walls and ceiling and were looking to have it removed and replaced with spray foam. G.E. Insulation, represented by Troy, was on-time for the estimate for insulation in the attic area of my condo, as well as the updating of all attic vents (3). They provided me with a written estimate and then we scheduled the work to be done. Estimated price was the final price, as there were no upcharges or add-ons. They were true to their word on the cost. The insulation in the attic had not been updated since 1973 and was upgraded from R19 to R38. They blew in about 900 square feet of insulation and cleaned up everything. I could not tell that they were even here. In addition, Troy provided all the documentation I needed to get a rebate from Consumer’s Energy. Again a true success story!

My family just moved into our newly built home and I can’t say enough about the quality of the insulation from GEI. We live on Wixom Lake, in Beaverton, and unfortunately our home faces the northeast and is all windows. Surprisingly, we only use about a third to a half of what we budgeted for.
